Whether through change management, business process optimization or implementation of a supporting HR technology, my goal is to help drive the value of HR and its impact on the organization. In my career, I\'ve worked in many capacities; however, the one I am most proud of it forming, building, owning, managing and ultimately selling a highly reputable SAP and SuccessFactors HR consulting organization – Symphony Management Consulting. This was not done alone, it was done with a business partner and many highly successful and intelligent team members who made it look easy. This experience afforded me the ability to see things from a business owner’s perspective and know the importance of considering all aspects of the business when determining strategy.Passionate about:• Educating and ensuring that HR/IT leaders have all the right information needed to make their decisions (services partner, technology vendor, etc.) • Sharing my experiences- Having worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors, varying from 200 to employees, I’ve witnessed change and growth across many industries, enabling me to provide recommendations and best practices for organizations to consider. • Leveraging my experiences to push organizations to go beyond understanding system components and software to conquer all of the day-to-day requirements of an HR department and how we effectively integrate with the rest of the organization including Finance, Legal, Materials, Purchase Orders, etc.
