In this role, I shifted to the Investment sector to evaluate acquisition and divesture (A&D) targets for Oil, Gas & Energy operators across the Lower 48.IMPACTS & ACHIEVEMENTS Serve as Lead Geologist for RimRock\'s Williston Basin sale to Devon for $865M Serve as Lead Geologist over closing a $100M sell-side Eagle Ford deal for Callon, a $200M buy-side Midstream deal for Targa Resources, and a combine total of $112 sell-side deal for a non-disclosed Seller including a non-op package. Close a $604M Delaware Basin buy-side deal as an Inventory Geologist for Earthstone. Lead geologic evaluations in Appalachian, Williston, Eagle Ford basins by delineating play fairways using geologic, engineering, and economic data. Align geologic and graphic design teams for full geologic projects while standardizing processes across basins. Recommend A&D / M&A opportunities based on proprietary technical evaluations via data mining techniques. Deliver technical recommendations for both sell and buy-side mandates to C-Suite and technical staff. Gauge multiple operators’ midstream portfolio inventory to determine the full life cycle of remaining inventory.
