Our mission is to empower people to elevate their health, reduce stress, and unlock their personal power with impactful yoga and meditation sessions.Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings beyond the studio. I’ve led transformative yoga and wellness retreats across the U.S. and internationally, developed life coaching programs focused on personal fulfillment and self-trust, and partnered with businesses to bring wellness into the workplace through corporate programs. From local schools to healthcare institutions, Go Yoga Express has become a trusted partner for team-building and employee well-being initiatives.In 2024, we opened a second brick-and-mortar studio in Edwardsville, Illinois, further expanding our reach and commitment to helping communities thrive.
