Founder and Executive Director of Dorothy\'s House is Des Moines, Iowa. Dorothy\'s House provides a safe place for the practice of life for those whose lives have been interrupted by trafficking and exploitation and prostitution. We opened our doors in January 2016 to allow people to build upon a foundation of safety to gain sobriety, learn new decision making tools, safe boundaries, achieve greater health and life and job skills.
