Our team focuses on the re-development and densification of Simon\'s assets to create integrated mixed-use destinations. Responsibilities include:• Assist with preparation of project scope, pro formas, and financial feasibility for new developments and redevelopment opportunities.• Prepare presentations for prospective residential, hotel and office developers and coordinate with brokers on offering memorandums and due diligence.• Participate in multi-disciplinary Company teams including Development, Construction, Leasing and Property Management to manage the full cycle development process through design, construction, project completion, lease up, and turnover to operations.• Assist with analysis of development and zoning regulations related to new projects and expansion of existing properties. Coordinate with internal legal teams for the analysis and interpretation of REA’s, Leases and related controlling documents.• Assist in preparation of presentations for executive meetings, ownership meetings and public meetings.• Monitor and maintain schedules and budgets for all projects.• Work with the Senior Vice President on development of department budgets, goals, and portfolio reporting.• Mixed-use strategy, creative brainstorming and placemaking planning• Asset management of all office portfolio - managing on-site teams and local broker teams, overseeing lease up and tracking and maintaining budget and performance.• Perform other duties as assigned.
