   Styled, art directed and edited photoshoots for multiple retail marketing campaigns while collaborating closely with team photographers, players, and other stakeholders• Produced captivating marketing assets within the Blackhawks brand across various channels, including in-arena, Blackhawks.com, Blackhawks Store, Fifth Third Arena, social media, website, and the Blackhawks app• Designed and crafted large-scale print publications, such as Blackhawks Magazines, Blackhawks Yearbooks and Blackhawks Media Guides• Created unique visual concepts for marketing special Blackhawks events, including the Blackhawks Convention, Training Camp Festival, NHL Draft, Beyond the Ice Gala, 2019 NHL Winter Classic, Winterfest, and numerous pre-game atrium activations, ensuring a cohesive look across all assets• Served as the creative team project manager for six months, overseeing the project management system, evaluating project scope, and assigning tasks to the internal team based on skillsets and workload to ensure successful project delivery• Mentored and conducted an experiential learning practicum course for 30 students from the University of Iowa for six consecutive summers; educating students about the Blackhawks brand and organizing research strategy projects, allowing students to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting• Received the 2022 Values Champion award, presented to an employee who consistently exemplifies the core Blackhawks values of Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, & Originality, as recognized, and voted upon by peers• Served as the organization’s internal social events lead on the larger culture committee, spearheading the planning and coordination of initiatives and activates aimed at fostering staff camaraderie and strengthening relationships within the organization
