With 19 years of experience at Jo-Kell, a woman-owned small business serving military, commercial marine, and industrial markets, I have developed a well-rounded background in operations management, inside sales, and logistics. My professional journey began in the U.S. Army, where I served as a Sergeant (E-5) and 92Y Unit Supply Specialist. During my military career, I deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, gaining invaluable leadership and logistics experience in high-pressure environments. This experience provided a strong foundation for my transition into the civilian workforce.After completing my military service, I began working as a Purchasing Agent, where I strengthened my skills in procurement, vendor relations, and supply chain management. I later joined Jo-Kell, where I have advanced from Inside Sales Representative to my current position as Operations Manager for the Southeast Region. In this role, I oversee operations for both the Jacksonville branch and the Pompano Beach ATS location, with a focus on process improvement, resource management, and team development to ensure operational excellence.At Jo-Kell, I am proud to support the company’s mission to deliver reliable, high-quality products and services while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and community involvement.
