A passionate and driven CIPD professional with over 19 years\' generalist experience of implementing, developing and leading a human resources team in all aspects. Strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes, strategic thinking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.Some of my signature personal strengths are around fairness and judgement ensuring all people are offered the same treatment and the ability to evaluate and weigh up evidence fairly.
