In this role, Kellie partners with Shaw leaders to leverage market insights and technical expertise to inform, influence, and support business decisions. Acting as an internal consultant and subject matter expert to the enterprise, Kellie helps drive continued sustainability and innovation throughout the company. Over the course of her 25+ year career, Kellie has played critical roles in Shaw’s engineering, financial systems, and commercial technical development teams. Her early involvement with EcoWorx carpet tile and Shaw’s 20-year commitment to Cradle to Cradle® design philosophies have provided her with deep knowledge and illustrate her ongoing dedication to innovation. In addition, her detailed product chemistry and process knowledge is a unique attribute to Shaw\'s sustainability and product stewardship team.
