About Kelli Barkley
After providing business based human resources consultation for sixteen years I took my HR career in another direction. I joined the in house legal team to provide compliance support for the HR function and initiatives for Farmers Insurance. Throughout my tenure in human resources I have gained experience in employee relations, internal investigations, counseling, employee development, coaching, mentoring, federal and state leave administration and performance management. Through my current role I have the means to apply all of my front line HR experience to building out the best policies and practices for employees across the entire company. I find it very rewarding to be involved at an enterprise level to assure compliance requirements are identified and adhered to.
