I represent companies and individuals in connection with commercial disputes, trusts and estates and debtor-creditor litigation. I regularly appear in both state and federal courts. I represent debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters and out-of-court workouts. I prosecute and defend adversary proceedings, contested matters and creditor claims.Additionally, I draft, review and negotiate contracts in connection with litigation, employment matters and trust and estates administration, including settlement agreements, releases, indemnities, forbearance agreements, promissory notes, separation agreements, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements.I regularly advise clients on case strategy and processes to obtain objectives. I collaborate with clients to develop strategies to mitigate their risks as well as their litigation costs. In 2025, I was recognized as a Super Lawyer by New England Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation.I am admitted to practice before the Connecticut state and federal courts, United States District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, New York State Courts, Mohegan Sun Gaming Disputes Court and United States Tax Court.
