In my role as Clinic Quality Analyst, I serve as a key resource for the Deaconess Clinic Quality Team. I am responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on critical quality and statistical data that drive improvement across the clinic. I collaborate closely with administrative leaders and providers to identify opportunities for improvement, monitor progress, and make recommendations based on my findings.The work I do supports regulatory reporting, internal quality projects, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall patient experience. To be successful in this role, I rely on strong self-motivation, the ability to prioritize complex tasks and meet deadlines, and the skill to work with diplomacy and tact at all levels of the organization.
