Modify lessons to meet the needs of students with differing learning styles and make appropriate accommodations for students with Individualized Education Plans. Further enhance lessons by planning and coordinating field trips and incorporating lectures by guest speakers. Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to increase student performance.In 2019, was awarded a grant for science students to attend Teton Science School in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.In 2018, received University of Wyoming’s Trustees Education Initiative Award for advising and mentoring State Science Fair participants.
