I am assisting with the New Downtown Hospital build in Indianapolis which will sit on 44 acre campus along 16th Street and consolidate IU Health\'s Methodist and University Hospitals into one new hospital of the future. Roles and Responsibilities:1. Represent a project(s) and have an active role in every aspect of that project\'s complete life cycle. Know the most current project scope, schedule, budget and risks/issues. Monitor project process and create timelines showing milestones and key activities. Participate in all stages of the design process to fully understand the project and pull IIS teams into necessary discussions. Collaborate with IIS teams, Design and Construction and other Designers for projects.6. Communicate all necessary information to the appropriate teams and resources.7. Schedule and conduct meetings to exchange information and assign/review action items. Update project dashboards and other team files.9. Create appropriate documentation and organize all project records on Microsoft Teams.10. Strong skills working with MS Office, SmartSheet, and other project management tools.
