Two Unique My 35-year journey as the Chef/Owner of Two Unique Caterers and Event Planners has been beyond my wildest dreams. We\'ve served US presidents, rock stars, celebrities, and countless clients celebrating special moments, from corporate events to weddings. We\'ve earned the nickname \"The Navy Seals of the catering and event world\" for our 100% off-premises service and work at prestigious venues in southeast Michigan, serving clients like the NFL, Michigan Central, The Whiskey Factory, and Bedrock properties.Our mission is to create events that launch and come to fruition spectacularly, from innovative menus to stylish staging and impeccable service. The food is always special—made from scratch with no shortcuts—and presented like actors on a stage, picture perfect in every detail. I live and work by the tenet that all the food I execute should be sourced as close to the vine as possible. My full passion with my style of cooking; high quality ingredients, dedication to local and sustainable farmers, and an everlasting devotion to food. Two Unique both commits and celebrates cutting edge and diverse menu styles with clients for their most special days. Proud graduate of the prestigious Schoolcraft Culinary Arts College. For over 25 years, I shared my passion as a part-time professor/chef instructor at Schoolcraft College, a role that became a personal ministry. I encouraged my students to \"learn from your mistakes, be fearless, and above all have fun\"(Julia Child)Early in my career, I noticed the lack of women in executive chef roles, which I saw as a challenge rather than a handicap. I found my recipe for success in a male-dominated industry: stand tall, exceed expectations, and add a few tablespoons of fearlessness. I\'ve become a leader in my industry; regular guest host on Fox 2 News Cooking School, writes and contributes to numerous publications, recipient of a number of culinary awards and is proud to have been of service to two U.S. Presidents, numerous professional athletes, celebrities, CEOs and all our wonderful customers all over southeast Michigan and beyond.Each of the thousands of events we\'ve catered has its own unique story. As Jose Andres said,\"I always say that I don\'t believe I\'m a chef.
