   The SCSCS develops and implement the Justice Innovation Lab’s communications strategy to build a strong foundation for marketing growth and brand awareness. Serves as editor and brand manager for all content published by JIL and works in close partnership with the Founding Executive Director to support and expand JIL’s media outreach, thought leadership, and fundraising efforts. The SCSCS also plays a leadership role in the strategic development of the organization and leads the implementation of priority initiatives. Working closely with the Executive Director, the SCSCS will drive organization expansion, establish and maintain strategic partnerships across all relevant stakeholders and funders, and serve as a representative of the organization to domestic and international partners and media. Also plays a leadership role in developing core organizational functions and establishing standard operating procedures to support organizational growth.
