About Kelli Fitzpatrick
As Senior Director of Acquisitions, my role focuses on the identification, evaluation and underwriting of investment and development opportunities for the VanTrust real estate portfolio. My primary responsibilities include valuation analysis, financial modeling, acquisition due diligence, public incentives, deal structuring and transaction execution, from pursuit through closing. I enjoy being an integral member of the team, helping to coordinate between our various development, construction and asset management disciplines to ensure each asset is optimally positioned to either take to market or enhance the performance of the company\'s long-term hold portfolio. I have worked in all aspects of commercial real estate for more than 20 years, in both the public and private sectors. I am a Certified Commerical Investment Member (CCIM), a member of KC Crew and a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri.
