ABOUT KELLI DODD

I am a Healthcare IT Recruiter with a passion for making a positive impact on the healthcare industry. Currently, I\'m part of the dynamic team at iMethods, a Healthcare IT Consulting and Staffing firm based in Jacksonville, Florida. Our mission is to guide hospitals through the challenges of implementing and leveraging healthcare technology to improve patient outcomes. I am committed to providing quality solutions, building meaningful relationships, and delivering exceptional results in every community we serve. My journey into the healthcare field began as a Medical Receptionist at Central Remedy, where I honed my communication and customer service skills while gaining valuable experience. I also had the opportunity to work in an independent living facility, Starling at Nocatee, where I served as a Concierge and an Activities Director Assistant. These roles allowed me to develop problem-solving skills, improve customer service, and create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests. In addition to my professional experiences, I have a background in leadership and community involvement, having served as the Vice President of Panhellenic Relations in the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. During my tenure, I strengthened my interpersonal and organizational skills, working to enhance relationships within the Panhellenic community. I hold a Bachelor\'s of Science in Human Resources from Florida State University, and I\'m excited to leverage my diverse skill set and experiences in the healthcare and HR fields.
