As a Customer Success Manager at Fexa-Trakref, I help businesses optimize their compliance software operations, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. Fexa is a cloud-based software that provides end-to-end solutions for managing assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, vendors, and refrigerant compliance. I support customers throughout their journey, from onboarding and training to troubleshooting and feedback. I also analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their goals and maximize their value from our platform.I bring over 10 years of experience in the refrigerant industry, working as a Data Analyst/Onboarding at Trakref, a leading refrigerant management platform that enables compliance, efficiency, and environmental stewardship. In addition, I have over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the industrial water treatment and management field, a business that provides customized water solutions to large manufacturing customers, schools and hospitals. My mission is to leverage my expertise in cloud, refrigerant, facilities, and compliance management to help customers succeed and grow with Fexa-Trakref.
