    Provide outstanding live advisor and technical support to several engineering groups across multiple organizations (Global Product Safety, Infotainment, SDV, Connected Vehicle Delivery) and to suppliers (Bosch, Cienet, Continental and LGE). • Utilize the Global Advisor Application (GAA) to execute advisor activities (e.g, lock/unlock, TBT, ODD, Remote Ignition Block (RIB), Stolen Vehicle Slowdown (SVS), enable SuperCruise), verify 2-way audio, report audio quality and to capture screenshots as requested by the customer • Single point of support for test crash engineers throughout the barrier test life cycle, offering live advisor support during each barrier test stage, compiling detailed crash data reports for analysis (which include screenshots from GAA, crash data pulled from database using an SQL script, server log file) and communicating results to the barrier test customers and TCP supplier • Play a key role in diagnosing TCP and enrollment issues for the vehicle validation customers by analyzing data from the Test Data Initiative (TDI) application, the environment database (SQL Developer), server log files (WinSCP) and SIM data from the Jasper Control Center • Responsible for environment readiness by executing health checks throughout the day and working directly with the environment support and application development teams to troubleshoot and promptly resolve environment issues • Work in cooperation with the Global Deployment Management leader to determine the monthly codebase release schedule for the vehicle validation environments • Coordinate ride trip, barrier test, executive demo, knothole ride events, etc. within the vehicle validation environments and effectively communicate scheduled events and downtime to customers • Proficient in the following tools and applications: Global Advisor Application (GAA), Test Data Initiative (TDI), VMware Horizon Client, Avaya one-X Communicator, SQL Developer, WinSCP, Vehicle Communications System (VCS)
