About Kelli Austin Miller

In my role as Revenue Operations Manager, I focus on late-stage pipeline and post-sale operations. My previous experience in account management gives me a deep understanding of what’s required to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency in a complex, consumption based post-sale environment. In Revops, I work closely with the customer success team to help increase revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes. By leveraging technology to enable scalability, I consistently surface tangible data to help our CSMs uncover opportunities, maximize revenue, and reduce churn. In addition to my work with the customer success team, I also partner with customer operations to replace manual processes with scalable solutions that improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. By implementing tools and processes that streamline workflows and automate manual tasks, I help our teams focus on strategic initiatives that move opportunities forward through our sales funnel. As part of my role, I also manage vendor relationships within our tech stack. This includes everything from managing outsourced projects & requirements to identifying new tools and technologies that can improve our operations. I also partner closely with finance to optimize & consolidate resources where applicable in accordance with our AOP plan.
