Most recently, I served as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Lucasfilm and Industrial Light & Magic including serving as the Executive Sponsor to open our Mumbai Studio from a recruitment perspective. Previously, I was the recruitment leader over Disney Advertising Sales within the DMED segment driving talent acquisition strategy, process and integration work as a result of the Hulu acquisition. I doubled the size of the team to support the growing needs of the business and built relationships across the organization. In tandem, I was the the interim leader over Ad Tech for five months. Prior to leading the Ad Sales talent acquisition team last year, I led HR for HR recruiting across the Enterprise domestically, a role I moved into in 2017. I started at Disney as an individual contributor supporting the Corporate segment including Brand and Franchise Management, Corporate Real Estate and Treasury among other clients. I proudly holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at The University of Virginia and earned her CPA starting her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and before moving into the consulting world focused on Corporate Restructuring, Turnaround Management, Operations Improvement, Litigation Analytics, Valuations and Investigative Services as well as Bankruptcy Administration Services. In addition, I passed all parts of both the Certified Turnaround Professional and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring exams.
