Pioneered global HR Data Governance program. Built infrastructure for knowing what our data is, where our data is, who is using our data and data quality. Architect and engineer behind first-of-a kind Data Governance function. Partner with the firmwide Chief Data Office and Line of Business data management for the Workforce Domain to define critical data elements (business glossary, data flows, lineage), define data quality requirements, partner with other data domains to find synergies with their efforts and govern data usage globally. Adhering to 10+ firmwide and functional data management standards. Program elements include- Data Use: Manage over 500 requests for HR data annually from global users in technology and the business- MetaData Management: Organized program to efficiently document over 900 data elements, technical lineage and attributes partnering with HR Disciplines/technology counterparts as systems of record and authoritative data sources are identified-Data Quality: Orchestrated initiation and set-up of DQ program for HR in collaboration with the Firmwide Data Office Center of Excellence utilizing Infomatica Data Quality technology tool. Reviewed over 75 reactive DQ issues and building DQ rules for core data set as business prepares to migrate to new system of record.
