ABOUT KELLEY CARZO
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fairfield University in 2024 with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Educational Studies. I then earned my Master’s in Elementary Education from Merrimack College, completing a one-year Teaching Fellowship while serving as a full-time 4th-grade co-teacher in Lawrence, MA. During this time, I passed all MTEL exams and earned my Initial Teaching License (1–6). After earning my Master’s in Elementary Education from Merrimack, I accepted a 4th-grade teaching position at Lowell Community Charter Public School. As a first-year lead teacher, I am excited to continue growing professionally, refining my practice, and creating an engaging, supportive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
