Educate members on coverage, promote available resources, and represent the organization at regional events and conferences. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with 100+ local governments across East Tennessee, serving as their primary liaison for insurance and risk management support. • Deliver tailored consultations on coverage, pricing trends, and claims history to help members make informed renewal decisions. • Advocate for and promote Public Entity Partners’ resources, including grants, e-learning courses, and risk management tools. • Represent the organization at regional roundtables, membership workshops, and professional association conferences. • Provide hands-on training and demonstrations of online platforms and the Claims Portal to streamline member access and reporting. • Collaborate with internal departments and legal counsel to resolve unique or sensitive member concerns with accuracy and professionalism. • Contribute to special projects and initiatives to improve services and strengthen outreach across the state.
