Key responsibilities include leading seasonal planning, briefing, and cross-functional execution in partnership with design, planning, and marketing. I’ve played a central role in the development of Olympic and Commonwealth Games collections for NZOC, managing timelines, technical requirements, and stakeholder engagement. Developed standardised briefing tools and WIP processes to improve speed and clarity across teams, while also managing and mentoring a small team to strengthen capability.
