   Kelley has 25+ years of experience in the insurance industry and she brings extensive employee benefits experience to her clients and the INSURICA team. She works with clients large and small in the public and private sectors to design and implement best-in-class employee benefit programs to help her clients attract and retain the best employees. EXPERTISE Prior to joining INSURICA, Kelley spent several years working with American Fidelity Assurance (AFA), a national voluntary employee benefits company. As a District Manager for AFA, she worked with hundreds of clients of all sizes in a number of states including Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Arkansas and California. In addition to extensive knowledge in voluntary and core benefits, Kelley effectively negotiates core benefit pricing and renewals for overall cost effectiveness. Kelley evaluates managed care network access and consults on appropriate plan funding and risk tolerance. She works with fully insured and self-insured clients to develop strategies to achieve their benefit goals, including recommending plan designs, funding, and continuous monitoring of plan performance. Kelley is very active in the rapidly changing legislative arena of health insurance and aggressively maintains a program to continually update and educate clients with current legislative proposals, legislative changes and the most compliant and effective benefits programs.
