As Senior Business Operations Manager, I will grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures and enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity. In this role I will work with Michigan Central’s leadership team to advance company-wide goals, support strategic projects, and manage a range of internal operational activities.
