Responsible for ensuring all project administrative functions are processed in accordance to company procedures and client expectations, in addition to providing administrative support to the Field and Region. • Issue, request proper execution and track all required Construction Project Documentation; such as Proposals, Letters of Intent, Subcontracts, Work Authorizations, Change Orders, Purchase Order, Certificates of Insurance, etc.• Contractor Controlled Insurance Policy (CCIP) Administration• Create Drawing log with all revisions and maintain drawing log throughout the project life. • Receive and distribute plans & specifications / bulletins• Approve and process all vendor invoices• Receive and process Submittals, maintain Submittal log. • Create Requests for Information and maintain a log on the process of the RFI • Request and Monitor Receipts of Daily Reports and document weather on a daily basis • Work with project / regional safety to maintain an Injury Free Environment• Initiate prequalification process for subcontractors• Assist with compiling documents to process Potential Change Orders • Maintain a daily update on all logs • Project Close-Out • Assist with Permitting and Jobsite Inspection Procedures• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner• Obtain substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and developing this attitude in others
