As a self-motivated employee with a passion for process design and improvement, I have a proven track record in identifying cost reduction opportunities and developing innovative operational improvements to drive the business forward. Throughout my journey with Cox, I have led successful projects, supported launches of new services, products and applications that have improved the customer experience and contributed to significant financial savings. For the past several years I’ve managed the relationship with our Care Outsource Partners, leading critical initiatives, including managing launches for all new outsource partner firms, creating the partner management playbook, developing process documents and standards, and managing compliance reviews. In my new role I will focus on providing business insights across multiple functional areas within Care that will help support and drive operational excellence. I will lead the transformation of the Customer Care Operational Review (CORe) program into a new, redesigned program that is more narrowly focused on critical business objectives and delivers key insights and best practices that support our evolving business needs.
