Lead and further build out a scalable organizational design function for a employee Fortune 500 company. Responsible for leading the Org Design and Talent Insights team who consults on strategy, effective operating models, organizational structure redesigns/builds, and M&A integrations. Partners closely with executive leaders, HRBPs and Strategy teams to design sustainable organizational structures and operating models based upon business strategy. Work also involves organizational effectiveness consulting including strategy articulation and alignment and decision rights framework facilitation. Responsible for strategic oversight of employee engagement survey including evolving the firm\'s employee listening strategy and platform from an annual survey with limited reporting to a quarterly pulse survey with Glint. Has program oversight of the Gallup CliftonStrengths and Hogan Assessment programs at Schwab.
