Certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) as a professional land use planner with a broad range of skills including Comprehensive Plans, Land Development Codes/Form Based Codes, Community Redevelopment, Land Use/Entitlements, Master Planned Communities, Public Engagement/Outreach, Land Use Studies. Although focused on Florida and the Southeast (North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky and Georgia), have also partnered with communities across the country on a variety of land use planning projects.
