   My responsibilities as Finance Director are to develop F&I Managers to achieve a profitable F&I department, while maintaining a minimum CSI score at or above Manufacturer group average. This is accomplished through training on the F&I menu, and products.*I track and manage deals out on a daily basis, and ensure all stores are managing the funding process responsibly, and consistently every day.*I train all F&I Managers on federal regulatory rules while representing the Spitzer name, and ensure legal and ethical compliance on every deal. Additionally, I promote F&I centric dealership practices, including training General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Consultants on best practices.*I help produce revenue through managing the F&I Manager\'s productivity in partnership with the General Manager and ensure that product penetrations are met.*I encourage F&I Managers to support sales efforts.*I execute and protect the F&I process.*I embrace Spitzer\'s mission, vision, and values.
