As City Lead for Berlin at BEAT81, I’m responsible for the day-to-day operations, team leadership, and local studio performance across our Berlin locations. I work closely with studio managers, coaches, and central teams to deliver a high-quality experience for our members and maintain operational excellence on the ground. Oversee local operations across 11 studios, including staffing, studio readiness, and daily issue resolution Directly manage and support a team of Studio Managers, City Operations and Fitness Managers fostering team development, alignment, and accountability Liaise with central teams (tech, product, marketing) to ensure local execution matches broader business goals Monitor studio-level performance metrics and coordinate improvements in processes, and member experience Contribute local insight to broader company initiatives related to retention, coach experience, and operational standardsThis role has deepened my understanding of operational leadership, people management, and the complexities of delivering consistent service at scale in a fast-paced fitness environment.
