Strategized with senior leadership and designing requirements for new positions, conducted in-take meetings to gather specific skills, job requirements, companies to target and salary package. Full Life-cycle recruitment in support of mission critical needs, including DOD and other clients, with clearance levels up to and including Poly. Recruited and sourced for Software Developers, Linux Engineers, Solutions Architects, Program Managers, Windows Systems Administrators, Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers, RF Hardware Engineers Implemented Intern and College Recruiting program across the organization, implemented and trained managers to use Handshake platform, attended University Career Fairs, led Information Sessions & Student Events. Attended additional job fairs throughout the region, including SHRM, WIT, SkillBridge, Hire for Hero’s networking events to promote. Managed and mentored additional talent acquisition employees, teaching them to use new systems/tools and coaching them through difficult recruitment situations. Created reports to capture previously unmeasured recruiting metrics, including turnover, time to fill and process tracking. This has allowed us to streamline our recruitment process and understand the needs of each division more fully. During tenure I have integrated several HR Business Partner duties with emphasis on: performance management discussions, compensation analysis, on-boarding, new hire orientation, benefits education, compliance documentation, systems integration, employee engagement, out processing and exit interviews.
