About Kelley Drukker

Kelley Drukker, SVP Legal & Business Affairs at A+E Global Media has worked in a business affairs capacity in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. She oversees multiple divisions within the A+E Legal & Business Affairs Department: Global Rights & Licensing, Standards & Practices, Commercial Clearance, and L & BA Budget Management. She is also an experienced manager of people and passionate about staff development. Drukker is primarily responsible for the management of Global Rights for program assets and advising the business on rights availability in order to monetize and exhibit content domestically and internationally.As the Standards & Practices head, she creates and enforces policies across company business units and ensures that all A+E Networks’ live, unscripted and scripted programming as well as promos meet the standards of good taste and community acceptability.She also heads up the Commercial Clearance department working hand in hand with Ad Sales to ensure advertisements are in compliance with company policies as well as various federal guidelines. Drukker helped launch the creation of the Music Services Department, a revenue business. The department is responsible for collecting worldwide music performance revenue, negotiating music deals, and building a successful music library business.As the L & BA Department Budget Manager, she oversees a multi-million dollar budget for outside counsel costs and department operations expenses.Prior to A+E, she had similar roles at Oxygen Media, Pearson Education Publishing and MTV Networks. She was the recipient of the Viacom Chief Executive Officer Award. Professionally, she is on the Global Board Of Directors for The WICT NETWORK. Additionally she serves on the TV Monitoring Board in Washington DC aimed for tv ratings consistency. She is also a graduate of the esteemed Betsy Magness Leadership Institute - Class 31, an active Mentor in various industry programs, and speaks at leadership and media industry events for her core work functions.In 2023, Kelley was recognized in the media industry by The WICT Network and awarded the “2023 Woman To Watch”.
