Kelley has more than 25 years of experience with global professional consulting firms. She is proud to be part of Mercer with a mission of helping clients around the world advance the health, wealth, and performance of their most vital asset- their people. Kelley is passionate about the promotion and advancement of women and is a Board Member and the past President for Women Influencing Louisville (WIL), a non-profit organization that focuses on issues that support women\'s career advancement. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Western Kentucky University, Kelley has a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and management.
