As a technical specialist, I am curious to learn my customer’s operations and how they interact with their customers. Immersed in their business and with a specialist’s understanding of my product, I offer trusted (and simple where possible) solutions for problems and enhancements to existing work practices.I believe I am primarily selling myself to my customers with my reputation on the line. I work for the long-term relationship built on trust. Trust earned by generating positive results repeatedly in a timely manner; being cautious with my customers’ money like I am with my own; selling the best product at the right time and steering the customer away from sub optimal solutions.I love what I do. It brings me joy to make a difference in the lives of my customers. I’m always searching to discover the next “roadway reflector”. A simple, efficient product/solution with lifesaving outcomes. And it “charges my internal batteries” to present my products/services/solutions to stakeholders, managers, and executives using their business language to effectively convey the message.
