I\'ve been working with Steve Grady as his Social Media Marketing Manager since 2012 both in part-time and freelance roles. Currently, I assist with social media strategy, content creation for LinkedIn and YouTube, video editing, and website updates. I wrote all of the copy for his new website and assisted with the project planning and launch. In this role, I\'ve also leveraged tools including Taplio, Rippling, Mineral (formerly ThinkHR), Kennected, BombBomb, and Dubb.From September 2012 - June 2015, I worked with Steve Grady Insurance Services in a part-time role managing his social media accounts including Facebook, Google+, Twitter, and LinkedIn along with his website. My responsibilities also included developing biweekly blog posts on health research studies, identifying new marketing techniques to implement into his current business, developing lead gen campaigns, and managing his email marketing.I also assumed the role of an Account Manager by undertaking administrative responsibilities including: answering and connecting all calls, managing individual and group employee benefits quotes, and documenting day-to-day information.
