About Kellen Kel Moody

As the founder of Alluvium Gatherings, I am driven by the mission of using business as a force for good and creating meaningful experiences that connect people, places, and cultures. With years of experience in the events industry and in program and network development, I have developed a deep expertise in the triple bottom line approach, which balances social, environmental, and economic impacts.Through Alluvium Gatherings, I work with nonprofit and purpose driven organizations to support them in project managing events, developing systems and tools to operationalize planning cycles, and develop engagement strategies for networks and communities. Prior to launching Alluvium Gatherings in September 2022, I worked as the director of gatherings and an entrepreneur in residence at Salmon Nation Trust, an organization that promotes the health and resilience of the bioregion and its communities. In this role, I led the planning and execution of various events, such as festivals, retreats, workshops, and conferences, that showcased the diversity and richness of the Salmon Nation. I have also worked closely with strategic partners, such as B Corps, local businesses, and Indigenous groups, to foster collaboration and mutual support.
