At a young age, my Surf coach & sports psychologist taught me to use ADHD as my greatest asset. Not a disability. I now use it to build higher dimensional simulation models to help create, & architect new ways of solving traditionally complex problems. Crafting the next generation of artificial Intelligence, quantum machine learning, and sustainable energy/grid Infrastructure across Finance, Real Estate, Culture, Media, and more. Advocate for AI safety and Advancement.As an adolescent, Kellar was on track to pursue professional surfing, but chose UCLA and a decade in finance and capital markets—spanning UBS, the Rockefeller Family Office, studied at MIT Sloan School of Management’s (Artificial Intelligence Program), Ramp, and later founding D33.AI. Today, he serves as CTO and Head of AI & Innovation for a Private Credit fund with a $6B capital stack, as well as investment banking and capital advisoryKellar operates at the intersection of cutting edge AI + Quantum research and engineering, financial systems architecture, Quantum Computing, large-scale real estate development, and full length cinematic AI film production. He is an artificial intelligence engineer and software developer with a finance background and deep experience building compliant and secure automation, machine learning tools, and financial intelligence systems used by operators, investors, development teams and creatives.His work centers on deploying responsible AI to reshape how major projects are conceived, underwritten, and executed. He advises and builds for large-format, multi-use culture facilities—integrating hospitality, sports, recreation, and destination-level amenities such as villas, hotels, golf courses, and mixed-use environments.
