Bringing deep experience as a Transformation leader, I support clients in defining, implementing, and advising for complex transformation strategies and solutions. My experience is global, and I have led and advised on technology, digital, and strategic transformation for both private and government organizations nationally and internationally. I strongly believe that understanding behaviour barriers to required cultural change is a key success factor during transformation and am passionate about exploring the relationship between behavioural insights, enabling culture, and digital change capabilities to support that success.
