As a Swim Coach with Arcadia Riptides Swim Club, I coach the Age Group Competition group, comprised primarily of 9-12 year-olds. I write structured workouts that are geared towards technique improvement, stroke development, and aerobic/anaerobic fitness. Since starting with ARSC, the AGC group has gone from 1 SCS Spring Championship qualifier (2023) to 17 (2025). My goal is to promote good sportsmanship, smart training habits, a healthy work ethic, and a love for swimming.
