   Owner of current and future technology node (10/7/5nm FinFET) test vehicle’s yield, DFT and eFA/pFA analysis. • Successfully qualified multiple foundries’ technologies to provide alternative options for company’s product line. Gain significant strategic and financial benefits. • Drive multiple yield ramp-up and performance boost projects to resolve process weakness, meet and exceed product design requirement, and to ensure the technology process readiness for product tape-out roadmap. • Develop diagnosis methodologies to improve defect isolation on failing chips, thus to accelerate yield learning. • Chair company-foundry weekly meeting to coordinate EFA/PFA activities to identify foundry process weakness together with product unique failure mode. Collaborate with multiple-functional teams including product design, testing, FA and process teams to develop and validate process optimization knobs to resolve yield and reliability fallouts. • Present weekly program and key progress update to internal top management team. Provide technology technical spec guidance for product engineering team.
