In my role as Program Manager at Kandelia, I oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of youth programs serving immigrant and refugee students at Seattle World School. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, school partners, and community organizations to remove barriers to participation and ensure students and families have equitable access to educational, career, and support resources. My work includes supervising staff and partners, managing program logistics and budgets, developing data-driven tracking and reporting systems, and aligning program activities with organizational impact goals and grant requirements. As a member of the management team, I contribute to strategic planning, partnership development, and continuous improvement efforts—bringing a strong focus on data integrity, equity, and community-centered data driven program design.
