DiCentral\'s integration solutions are scalable to the size, growth, and unique requirements of each business. In addition, DiCentral develops and markets a complementary suite of supply chain applications for retailers and suppliers, including EDI Testing, Global Enablement, Web EDI, Managed Services, and more. Roles and Responsibilities: • Deliver successfully a Portfolio of Projects within Budget & Timeline; • Follow PMO processes and provide deliverables inspired from the PMBOK; • Provide estimates on project duration using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); • Provide cost estimates & create the project charter; • Provide the required information for the steering committee, create and communicate the dashboard for weekly meetings and reporting issues to the portfolio manager; • Responsible for reporting potential risk and establishing risk mitigation plans; • Responsible for creating and updating the project plan, monitoring daily project progress, following up with the client on tasks; • Responsible for making decisions that will not affect the scope, scheduling and cost monitoring of the project and proposing viable solutions when needed; • Responsible for documenting and defining the solution architecture of the project; • Install and configure DiCentral’s EDI Solutions; • Contact trading partners and complete requested testing programs; • Follow up on all implementation and installations to reach completion; • Participate in process improvement projects to improve efficiency; • Document all completed work and update knowledge base.
