I am a people person, with a passion for developing internal and external partnerships and mentorship.(COME TALK TO ME; I CAN HELP!) I started my HR career in 2016 where I was blessed to have a leader that believed in me and gave me a chance to grow in an amazing nonprofit organization. My favorite part of my job is the satisfaction that comes from building people up to their full potential and watching them succeed. I also enjoy building out new processes and strategizing using data, best practices and continuous feedback from my team.
