Coached over 30 seasons with different local organizations: l baseball (15+), basketball (8+), flag football (8+). 1-2 sports per season since my oldest child was 4 years old. I love mentoring youth and teaching them useful skills for life, sports and how to compete to bring your best when required. Always include competition and team building into practices, and also add sport psychology concepts along the way utilizing my sport performance and psychology degrees.
