As a member of the Global Sourcing Team, my role as the owner of Liberty Hardware Quality is focused on Customer Quality, Compliance, Supplier Quality and Supplier Development. Our Quality teams are based in the USA, Asia, India and Mexico. We support New Product Development and ongoing Production Quality. Liberty supplies products to Big Box Retail, Hardware Distributors, and the largest Online sellers. We work closely with third-party labs to ensure that our products are maintaining the extremely high standards that were qualified at product launch. We use both internal and external resources to perform frequent supplier audits and new supplier qualifications. Our factories specialize in zinc and aluminum die-casting, aluminum extrusion, glass manufacturing, injection molded polymers and steel products.
