About Kelly Miller

With over 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I am a passionate and innovative leader in system-on-chip (SoC) validation and engineering. I have a strong background in hardware architecture, integrated circuits (IC), and software development, and I enjoy solving complex technical challenges and delivering cutting-edge solutions. I am currently the Principal SoC Validation Lead at Microsoft, where I work with a talented and diverse team of engineers and designers to create and validate high-performance and energy-efficient SoCs for various Microsoft products and platforms.In my current role, I leverage my skills in Intel, hardware architecture, and IC to plan, execute, and oversee the validation strategy and methodology for SoCs, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and communicate the validation requirements, scope, and schedule, and to resolve any issues or risks that arise during the validation process. Additionally, I mentor and coach junior validation engineers and provide technical guidance and feedback. Previously, I was the Director and Client Validation Manager at Intel Corporation, where I managed the client CPU power and performance team and delivered Intel\'s client product roadmap. I also served as the Software Engineering Program Owner for Intel Unite, a new collaboration hardware and software solution.
